I-5-4-1 Driver Installation
Install the infrared adapter driver, referring to the instruction manual provided by ACTiSYS.
I-5-4-2 Device Checks
ConnecttheinfraredadaptertoaUSBportonthePC.Iftheinfraredadapterisrecognizedbythe
PC’s Device Manager, the adapter has been installed.
To display Device Manager, click Control Panel of Windows, then Management Tools, Computer
Management, and Device Manager.
Note down the number of the COM port assigned to the infrared adapter. In the example shown
below, COM 5 is assigned.
